Now, I don't do yoga as regularly as I used to anymore but because of this "miracle" (I was overweight for a good seven years or so of my life), it really isn't surprising that I still bow down and support everything yoga-related to this day. Thus this blog post.
The 6th Flow:SurfYogaSamba weekend retreat isn't just a celebration of Flow's 2nd anniversary; it is an ever-changing experience that is sure to revitalize every participant's spirit and leave them energized and relaxed for the entire three-day weekend of the retreat and beyond!
At this retreat, participants will learn Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with Monica Manzano, Rave Yoga at sunset with DJ Martin Lugtu, as well as surf the waves with Luke Landrigan. Surfing happens to be one of the things on my bucket list... right next to "Stop being so hydrophobic!" Lol.
Aside from that, participants will also be able to enjoy raw food snacks and delicious gourmet meals, enjoy the lighting of Thai lanterns and dance to samba beats, courtesy of Escola de Samba de Manila. A tote bag and a flow shirt will also be given to everybody who participates. Transportation will also be provided.
All photos by Diego Jose.
So, what are you waiting for? Take that much-deserved break from November 18 to November 20 and get the relaxation that you deserve at the Flow retreat. Any bloggers wanna go with me? Ahhh. I can dream, can't I?
